We had a nice (albeit VERY HOT) vacation in Colorado last weekend, so you get a 2-week recap this week. (Colorado trip post shortly!) Here’s what I worked on:

Craggy Shore Socks: Almost done these. I have just one pattern repeat and the toe to finish on sock 2, although disclaimer note: I will probably unpick and reknit the toe of sock 1. It has an odd section at one corner I don’t like.

Antipodes Sweater: This is Andrea Mowry’s “Rhinebeck sweater” for this year. I’m not going to Rhinebeck and I don’t really knit this kind of group project but I liked the sweater and The Farmer’s Daughter had a kit in colors that were so me, I couldn’t resist and treated myself for my birthday in July. I have the back yoke finished and I’ve picked up stitches to work the back panels. I’m using the called-for TFD Confluence (Rambouillet and cotton) and Spincycle Yarns fingering weight.

Transfer Point: I finally got this one back on track after I missed one set of instructions but this is knitting up quickly and it was a great travel project.

Sleepy Hollow Blanket (New): I was gifted this blanket kit from Green Letter Day by a dear friend last year for my birthday and I thought it was about time to get it started. The pattern is pretty simple, just crocheted circles-in-squares, but the colors really carry this one. Everything about it says “FALL!” (Which I am very ready for.) Not a ton of progress. It took a while to just wind the yarn, but here are the first 3 squares (out of probably 132).

Otherwise, I’ve worked a very little bit on my Supernova quilt but not really enough to show you there. So that’s it for this week’s update!
